Learn how postural correction can transform your health and physical performance.
Discover a revolutionary approach to strength and wellness
Most people don’t consider posture when it comes to understanding pain, injury or sub-optimal performance. And while other modalities treat symptoms, they fail to address the underlying cause of discomfort or restriction.
That’s where our approach is different. We view the body as a whole, and understand how interrelated parts of your body impact on another’s function. We take the time to first assess postural imbalances and fascia distortion, then create completely personalised postural correction plans that re-educate your structure.
Here’s how we can work together.
Postural and orthopedic assessment
To get things started, we undertake a 90-minute C.H.E.K postural and orthopedic assessment, which involves a series of tests and measurements, as well as a discussion about your routine, goals, challenges or concerns. This allows us to get a detailed understanding of what’s currently going on with your body, and what support it needs in order to achieve your optimal structural position.
Improved posture can make a significant difference to athletic performance and injury recovery, so we work closely with sports professionals, athletes and those serious about their training and physical achievements. It can also be transformative for desk-bound professionals, active individuals or someone who simply wants to experience greater ease when doing the activities they love day-to-day.
Once your postural assessment is complete, we’ll prepare a personalised training and coaching programme designed specifically around what your body needs in order to feel its best.
Could postural misalignment be the root of your problem?
The full postural assessment takes approximately 90 mins. A written report is also available (if required) at an additional charge.
1:1 postural correction training
Working one-on-one with one of our coaches, you’ll transform your body from the inside out. With an evolving, personalised programme, we offer training sessions that focus on correcting poor posture and structural imbalances.
To do this, we use a range of revolutionary modalities, blended to create our own highly specialised approach, including C.H.E.K, ELDOA, myofascial stretching, Global postural stretching, functional range conditioning, Kin stretch and Soma training. You will learn to hold your body in positions that reduce strain and discomfort, and your programme will involve specific stretches, strengthening exercises and movements, designed to help you maintain optimal body position. These exercises will become your workout routine or at-home practice.
While postural correction is a progressive process, it won’t take long before you feel greater freedom, strength and vitality as we decompress your spine, level your pelvis, create space around compressed joints, normalise fascial chains, and strengthen muscles.
You don’t have to resign yourself to a lifetime of pain, injury or discomfort.
Postural correction starts by getting an assessment from one of our specialised coaches. Get in touch to book yours.

We use highly specialised and revolutionary techniques, blending the best of these leading-edge modalities to create our own effective approach to postural correction.
Developed by world-renowned French osteopath, Guy Voyer, ELDOA is an exercise technique that creates tension in the connective tissue in the body (known as fascia). Through precise postures, we work to decompress the spine at any level, create space around any joint and re-balance your body.
Global Postural Stretching (GPS)
Your body is not only made up of muscles, bones, joints, nervous system and organs – all these parts are also linked with fascia. Therefore, GPS is a form of precise exercise therapy that organises and integrates fascia in the body by focusing on the joints, muscle and connective tissue, resulting in reduced pain and improved sports performance.
(Corrective High-performance Exercise Kinesiology)
The C.H.E.K Institute was founded by Paul Chek, a world-renowned expert in the fields of corrective and high-performance exercise kinesiology, and holistic wellness. C.H.E.K Practitioners are specialists in corrective exercise kinesiology which will support you in achieving a strong and structurally correct posture.
Myofascial stretches put tension into the fascia that encase your muscles. This improves the quality of the fascia, giving you space and balance in the body while correcting structural imbalances and releasing the tension across joints that can lead to inflammation and pain.
Soma training works segmentally, integrating precise exercise techniques, ranging from analytical and segmental training to proprioception, myofascial stretching, ELDOA and global postural stretching. The specific application of these techniques can help with injury recovery and prevention, greater strength, improved physical performance and postural correction.
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Kin Stretch
FRC and Kin Stretch are comprehensive joint training systems developed by Dr Andreo Spina, originally a Doctor of chiropractic and a world renowned musculoskeletal expert. These approaches focus on physical conditioning for body control, injury prevention, joint health and physical longevity by improving range of motion across your joints through increasing the joint tissue’s ability to absorb load.
