Michelle Owen
Michelle is the founder of Posturefit and a highly respected health and fitness professional.
With 30 years of industry experience, Michelle has spent her career learning various modalities from industry leaders around the globe. Michelle is a high level C.H.E.K Practitioner, corrective high performance exercise kinesiologist, postural specialist, strength coach and a holistic lifestyle coach. She is certified in ELDOA and Myofascial stretching, global postural stretching, functional range conditioning and Kin stretch.
Her specialised approach blends the best of these leading-edge techniques, while also calling on her own intuitive knowledge and wisdom to identify and correct imbalances and dysfunction in the body. As well as her work as a posture specialist in our studio, she is highly regarded as a writer and speaker.

Jason Derbyshire
Jason is a myofascial release specialist, helping people ease pain and discomfort through expert bodywork.
Jason has been practicing since 2003, having completed his initial training in Hellerwork, followed by certification through the International Association of Structural Integrators. He is passionate about helping people live happier, healthier lives through the use of effective, science-backed modalities, and bodywork techniques.
Through his years of practice, he has worked in many wellness retreat centres and was the head bodywork trainer and structural Integration therapist on the Dawn Princess cruise ship.
In addition to his knowledge and understanding of the body, Jason also has a degree in counseling, and his ability to listen, understand and gain insight into his clients is a skill that sets him apart in supporting their physical healing. He has a special ability to feel and listen to a client’s body, so he can then support them in returning to a balanced, aligned state of ease.

Anna Davidovitch
Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her practice. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in bodywork and therapeutic massage, she is a graduate of South Pacific College of Natural Medicine, Auckland, with a focus on naturopathy. She has spent decades refining her approach to deep tissue therapy, blending various techniques to deliver effective, results-driven treatments.
Specialized Techniques:
The integrated combination of Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Gyro Kinetics, Articulation, and Lymphatic Drainage promotes mobility, structural alignment, and overall well-being. A holistic understanding of the body, mind, and spirit allows Anna to address chronic tension, postural imbalances, and movement restrictions with a heart-centered approach, helping clients achieve long-term relief and functional improvement.
Global Experience:
Anna developed a thriving practice before relocating to Auckland, working with clients in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Her expertise in movement-based therapies and manual bodywork is shaped by years of experience with a diverse range of clients, from athletes and rehabilitation clients to individuals living with chronic conditions or terminal diagnoses.
Anna is focused on building a practice that blends her deep understanding of the human body with a personalized, client-centered approach.
Her mission is to encourage awareness of physiological efficiency, accountability in everyday action, and the maintenance of homeostasis while evolving through play and personal challenges. Her passion is to help people move better, feel better, and restore balance through skilled hands-on therapy and tailored movement education.
